Arrandale House

Arrandale House is a beautiful Victorian villa within the charming town of Pitlochry in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Built circa 1867 the house retains many period features reflecting the original detail and fine craftsmanship of the era. Situated in a unique elevated position the guest house has wonderful uninterrupted views over the Tummel Valley, surrounding hills and woodland.

Our tranquil garden attracts many species of birds and wildlife including Red Squirrel, Woodpecker and Pheasant, you may even see Roe Deer resting at the bottom of the garden. The Black Spout Wood which leads to many of the Pitlochry way-marked walking trails is on our doorstep. The spectacular Black Spout Waterfall is a popular destination for visitors and keen photographers.

The centre of town is a leisurely ten minute walk from the house where you will find restaurants, coffee shops and music venues to enjoy. The Pitlochry Festival Theatre provides exceptional entertainment throughout the year and is situated next to the famous Dam and Fish Ladder. The Edradour and Blair Athol Distilleries and the scenic Pitlochry Golf Course are also within walking distance.
